History: From 1889 to Today

1889: The Foundations

The foundations of the enterprise were laid in 1889, with a rudimentary printing and dyeing workshop owned by HAJTAJER PAUL, with two workers and located at 8-10 Mircea cel Bătrân Street in Satu Mare.

During World War II, activity partially stagnated. In 1948, the factory was nationalized and renamed "SOLIDARITATEA" Satu Mare, putting all existing machinery back into operation.
